Lawrence “Larry” Braithwaite is a seasoned real estate investment executive and Managing Director, Portfolio Management at ASB Real Estate Investments, where he oversees portfolio strategy, performance, and risk across diversified real estate investment vehicles.
He is also the owner of GuestHouse, a hospitality-driven real estate concept based in Washington, DC. Larry began his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and holds a BA from UNC–Chapel Hill (Morehead-Cain Scholar) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
